No walls, no borders, no limits. AWR’s broadcasts travel where missionaries cannot go, transforming lives for eternity.
Radio waves can travel where missionaries cannot enter hence reaching the unreached, AWR has taken the advantage of the voice of radio production making it the tool that leaves meaningful and spiritually empowering audio for our listeners. Adventist World Radio (AWRSIDmedia) works with a team of highly qualified individuals who are passionate about the work and mission set for them as the Adventist World Radio (AWRSIDmedia) radio station. Traditional Radio is the obvious home for voice and other audio productions, but here by Adventist World Radio SIDmedia, we believe that you can find a valuable audience, members on internet radio and other audio streaming services.
OUR MISSION
AWR broadcasts the Advent hope in Christ through the most effective media to the people of the world in their languages. Radio overcomes the barriers of government restrictions, cultural opposition, illiteracy, and geography.
BROADCAST MEDIA
We use shortwave radio, national radio networks, local FM stations, on-demand, podcasts, and solar audio players with pre-loaded content.

Noluthando Nkwali
Give me the mic and watch me do magic. I am jack of all trades. A mom by day & a wife by night. A podcaster, MC, aspiring radio & voice over artist. While some are authors, writers & singers some like me are SPEAKERS. There’s something about a room full of people that envokes me to share a word. I always have something to say – NDIPHATMISIWE! Sometimes it’s merely just asking a questions. While elaquence seems to be the order of the day, speaking from the heart will always be what touches people. We have a story to tell & I choose to tell mine with a mic on my hand.

Zama Malote
I enjoy debates and documentaries. Love reading religious and political material One of my favourite scriptures is Psalm 37:25 – “I was young and now I am old yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread”

Vaughan Perry
Coming from a township in the west of Pretoria, Vaughan had decided that education would be his “way out”. His love for the human body and health saw him enrolled to the University of the Witwatersrand for Bsc in human anatomy and physiology, which he completed and further studied for BHsc (Hon) in Forensic sciences where his love for academia grew stronger and he decided to take up teaching and research. This saw him register for his MSc (Med) in anatomy and start his lecturing career at the University of the Witwatersrand medical school.

Millicent Ndiweni
Millicent Ndiweni is a Talk Radio Producer and Presenter, currently at Adventist World Radio. I have too many interests to name; but I take education seriously, I take risks, I want to be authentic and I want to affirm people positively. I am young, so I haven’t quite figured out life, so how I see myself and others today is subject to change… in all my ambitions and aspirations, my prayer is that I be as kind and gracious to people as Jesus is to me. If you want a speaker, a critical thinker, a listener, a Researcher, a teacher, a writer, a vegetarian cook and a smiley face.

Shumi Chekerwa
Mid morning empowerment-(Saturday and Sunday) The show’s interests rest on the diversity of topics it handles. It is fueled by curiosity thriving on the outskirts and current events. Furthermore it applies a rigorously inquisitive approach to uncommon topics and presents them in a light, convivial and playful manner. It involves interviews and conversations with various professionals who discuss interesting topics

Mwayi Chapambali
Lunch Time Spiritulas is divided into 2 segments from 12pm-1pm its all about lunchtime spirituals were I am just playing some music as our listener is taking his/her lunch and also relaxing and digesting on the Lord’s blessings. I do talk about a few things in between but emphasis is on music and less talking. In mind I know people are coming from church on a Sabbath and would just want to relax which music does it better than bringing in a sermon or what. I try my best to play adventist music through out. Sundays will be mixing with other music but conform to our fundamental beliefs. From 1pm-2pm its all about AWR SIDmedia Table talk where I am always identifying a verse from the Bible and have a topic and talk about it with what am finding from.those verses. My plan is to be able to bring in one or two people and have the table talk on those topics. With God’s grace I know it will work out. I mix it with music along the way so that I do not bore the listener with my voice through out.
